Hang: Good Friends Are There Forever
Yesterday I saw James off at the station on his way to work. When he treid to go through the barrier he realised that his friend, who had borrowed his travel card, gave him back a bus pass.
He was already late, there was along queue and the quick ticket machines wouldn't take cash so I had to use my card.
So he finaly goes to catch his train and I turn to walk away when I hear someone scream out my name like I've been caught somewhere I shouldn't be. I turn around and who do I see but Hang, my best friend from school.
We got talking and I gave her my number. She's married and has a baby boy. What I can't stop thinking about is how easily we could have missed each other.
1) James was running late in the first place (mainly my fault as always).
2) I only new he had problems with his ticket because I looked back, if not I would have been out the station and on the bus.
3) If I hadn't offered to buy his ticket and he had to line up instead she would have wlaked right passed us.
I always wondered what it would be like to see my old friends again. Would they remember me?, would we have anything to talk about?. But it was great seeing her again.
Man, some things where just meant to happen.
