Dont Buy It

On saturday I met up with Ilknur my group member, see group work (dark side of studying). Our uni was closed so we went to Cafe Nero (Starbuck's is sooo much better, maybe Emily has the right idea). Anyway while there a guy came upto a group of men sitting next to us selling a didgital camcorder for £20
"bargain.."
"...hold on my friend read on".

Ilknur turned to me and told me how that same guy had sold a laptop to her friend. He shows it to you to demonstrate that it works perfectly. If you decide to buy he tells you to come to his car where his associate is waiting. With a quick flick of the hand he swaps the case that has the perfect laptop (or whatever he's selling) with a case containing a faulty one. You then go home feeling proud of yourself until you try to turn it on and realise that you've been duped.

So these guys at the table decide to buy the camcorder and the seller buys one of them a coke to sweeten the deal. Ilknur then tells the guys not to buy it and challenges the seller saying that she's seen him before, he denies it of course and tells the guys not to listen but they do and decide not to buy. The seller leaves and they get to keep the coke.

What would have happended had we not been there?
I was angry that the uni wasnt open, but now I believe that my Father in heaven planned it that way.

So please, no matter how good a bargain it is dont be tempted to buy, if its too good to be true then you know its probably not that good.
Stay wise and watchful
